To Comply With Campaign Finance Laws. Campaign finance law may require the submission of your name, address, occupation, and employer information along with details of your contribution to the recipient of your contribution and the reporting of this information to the Federal Election Commission (“FEC”) or relevant state or local election authority. Our campaign receiving your contributions may also include this information in their regulatory reports. FEC reports containing this information are publicly available from the website for the Federal Election Commission: http://www.fec.gov.
To Comply With Other Laws or To Protect Ourselves. For example, this could include responding to a court order or subpoena. It could also include sharing information if a government agency or investigatory body requests it. There are innumerable regulations on elections, and while we will be as transparent as possible with both state and federal regulations, there is always the possibility that a legal entanglement or accusation could warrant a sharing of information to a court or agency at the state or federal government.

Our campaign is targeted to voters in the Third Congressional District of Kansas and is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable data from persons under the age of 18, and we strive to comply with the provisions of COPPA (The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). Any parent or legal guardian who thinks a child under 13 has provided us with information is encouraged to submit a request via our contact form at thirdpartywinner.com.
CHOICES REGARDING YOUR INFORMATION

Marketing Communications:
We do not make calls or send text messages for marketing purposes. You can opt out of receiving our email marketing communications by following the instructions included with the communication.
